Singapore’s Housing Board will offer 2,520 Build-To-Order flats in Sembawang and Ang Mo Kio with expected waits of about three years, as construction is already well under way. The units account for more than a third of roughly 6,900 flats in the upcoming June sales exercise, including two projects in the new Sembawang North area.
