The phase 3 ARTEMIS-008 trial reported positive overall survival results for risvutatug rezetecan, a B7-H3–targeted antibody-drug conjugate, in relapsed small-cell lung cancer. It is the first phase 3 study to show an overall survival benefit for a B7-H3 ADC in any tumor type.
